Experience a unique and authentic holiday in our tipis at Kattegat Strand Camping.
Our tipis offer a simple yet comfortable way to get closer to nature – without compromising on convenience. With space for 5 people and mattresses for everyone, the tipis are perfect for families or small groups looking for a cozy camping experience.
The tipis are located close to the beach and our large service building with showers and other amenities.
In the tipi camp, there is a small outdoor service kitchen. Here, you’ll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, but we recommend bringing your own cooking utensils.
The tipis are available for rent from June 20th to August 10th, 2025. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
A deposit of DKK 500,- is required upon arrival, and cleaning can be added for DKK 250,-

In addition, there is an outdoor service kitchen in the tipi camp with cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. However, we recommend bringing your own essential tools.
Remember to bring your own bedding and towels. These can be rented at the reception.
Dogs are welcome in the tipis, but final cleaning must be added (DKK 250).
There is 1 parking space per tipi.
Please Note:
The mattresses are fold-out mattresses (190×70). The quality is good, but they are not recommended for people with back problems.
Please note that the tipis are located in nature, and we cannot be held responsible for any ants, animals, water, rain, or sand that may find their way into the tent during your stay. Remember to close the tipi securely.
