Kattegat Strand Camping is one of Denmark’s largest campsites with around 560 units.
Most units are for caravans, tents or motorhome. All our pitches have access to electricity.
Pitch types
We have several different pitch types at Kattegat Strand Camping.
First and foremost, you can choose between a standard pitch or a comfort pitch.
In addition to electricity, a comfort pitch also has water and drainage directly on the pitch. This means that you can connect water and waste water directly from the caravan.
Below you can see a list of the different types of pitches.
Standard pitch
All standard pitches have the option of electricity (10amp)
- Bicycle pitches: 70 m2 (not suitable for cars)
- 100 m2 (approx. 10x10m), recommended for caravans of max. 5.5 meters
- 120 m2 (approx. 10x12m)
- 180 m2, option for two caravans/tents.
Comfort pitch
All comfort seats have the option of electricity (10 amp), as well as a direct connection to water and drainage.
- 100 m2 (10×10), recommended for caravans of max. 5.5 meters
- Camper pitches between 90-120 m2, firm ground (not suitable for caravans with awnings and tents)
- 120 m2 (10×12)
- 120 m2 (10×12), possibility of antenna connection with an f-connector (can be purchased at reception)
- 140 m2 (approx. 12×12), possibility of antenna connection with an f-connector (can be purchased at reception)
Budget pitches
At Kattegat Strand Camping we also offer cheaper standard pitches. These can only be booked online and are automatically selected by the booking system.
